 Ice Packs

Ice Packs are single use and cost $3.00.
Ice packs are available from VCCA Office.
Orders will be posted or brought to Members Forums.  

 Videos/ DVD’s Available

Banned Movements Video ($33 + $5 local postage) can be purchased from CVI.
Flexibility and Strength Video ($30 + $5 local postage) can be purchased from CVI. 
Each Club must own the ACF Banned and Dangerous Movements video. It is mandatory that Coaches and Cadets view this annually.

DVD’s  from ACFCC 2004 Coaches Conference are available from VCCA office.
