RECREATIONAL CALISTHENCIS

The aim of recreational calisthenics is to offer greater choice to the community within Australia as to the range of calisthenic activities in which they can participate. A key aim of recreational calisthenics is to be as inclusive as possible of any member of the community seeking to participate in this form of calisthenics.  Recreational calisthenics is an important component of calisthenics and is fundamental to the long-term development and sustainability of the sport.
