A National Non-Calisthenic Presented Updating Application Form has been developed by the ACFCC and is required for all NON-VCCA SEMINARS. External seminars can be used to gain Update Points. This form enables the VCCA and ACFCC to assess the quality and content of required update seminars. The NON-CALISTHENIC-PRESENTED UPDATE Application Form is to be completed and approved by the Coach Education Committee before the seminar occurs. These courses could be at your local YMCA, Shire, University etc.On the application form you must give a brief description of the content and relevance to calisthenic coaching. Any additional paperwork – fliers, course outline etc. that will describe the course would be an advantage.Upon receiving the completed application, the Coach Education Committee will assess the appropriateness of the proposed seminar and notify you in writing with the approval form. The Non-Calisthenics Presented Update Approval form should be signed by the presenter of the course on the day/night. Once signed, present the signed letter at the next VCCA meeting to the Coach Education Convenor and the points will be allocated to your update book, signed and stamped. Or you might like to forward your update book and copy of the signed form to the VCCA office. Once the points have been logged in your Update book it will be returned to you. If you choose this option, a self-addressed envelope should be included for the return of your Update book. |
